Alameda Venture Crew 2

Scout Venture Crews are part of the Scouting America (formerly Boy Scouts of America) program.  It is co-ed for youth ages 13 and graduated from the eighth grade through 20.  Crews are designed to provide adventure, leadership, and personal growth opportunities. 

Alameda Venture Crew 2 has chosen to focus on high adventure in the outdoors.  A partial list includes backpacking, rock climbing, canoeing both on flat and whitewater, sailing and snorkeling in Florida and the Bahamas, packrafting in Montana, and snowcamping in Yosemite. 

Alameda Venture Crew 2 is linked to Scout America Troop 2 for Boys and Troop 7 for Girls.  Members of the troops can go on crew events if they meet the requirements.
